Much better than the plywood and OSB they use now. while OSB is fine for climates like we have here in florida, plywood is a much better choice for places where you are going to get snow as it is more rigid and less likely to sag under load.Comment

Looks like it's coming along quite well! All the demo and rough work usually goes pretty quickly, but it'll slow down some when the finish work starts.
We just got through with a 3 month long remodel of our house... went quite a bit slower than that though, but we also had to feed cattle during that blizzard every morning and only had afternoons to work on it. Also it was just my dad and I working on it and we're slow...
