NEW PumpMag kits available (kind of)

I recently completed a pumpmag from an AGD pump kit. The cost of owning one of these beauties is unreal. I know a lot of people want a pumpmag, so I'm posting this in order to hopfully forfilling some of your dreams. I found this underpump kits from Wevo http://www.wevopaintball.com/pumppaintball.html for 54.99 compared to an AGD kit for 175-250. NOW I HAVE NOT TRIED THIS YET AND I'M NOT SURE IT'LL WORK, but it looks prommissing. A good machinist like Rainmann229 from mcarterbrown.com or maybe Matt from lukescustoms.com may be able to fit it to a mag rail. The pump rod can be made from round stock at Home Depot or a simple hanger. The wave spring washer can be found here along with the CAD drawings: http://haveblue.org/tech/automag/index.html I included a pic of my recent pumpmag that Rainmann229 completed for me just because I can't resist posting it.....

The slot gradually slopes up from the pump handle to the bolt.

Yup. The slope allows the rod to slide up and reset the bolt/sear when the pump handle is pulled back. When the pump handle is pushed forward, the rod slides back down the ramp, out of the way of the bolt for the next shot.

I have a brilliant idea, but I'm afraid I could make money off of it so I don't want to tell it to everyone.

I'll see if I can get a prototype up in the next couple of weeks.

                  For those that know.

Does the rod that actually resets the bolt have any bend to it? Or is it solely the slope milled into the rail that causes the rod to go up and reset the bolt?

The rod has a slight bend up at the end. It basically sits flush in the pump milled channel when the pump handle is forward.

It'll take more than just that.

The kit itself will have to be return sprung then the handle would have to be modded so that it would be captured on the guide rod.

Added to having to make a new mount , modding the handle , modding the guide rod and make a new pump rod , you might as well just make the whole dang thing from scratch.

You could just add a washer and return spring behind the pump handle for @ 5.00 insdead of making the whole thing from scratch
