Regarding a Michigan AO meet.

Fred, Killer's field was shut down, but me and Tato were discussing a location today... And Atomix came up, since it is the most popular indoor in Michigan. Plus, there are hotels everywhere in the area. No to Hell, they suck now and Futureball Paintball's remodled indoor is quite nice.

is this still planning for an official AO meet or just a day to go play?

an AO meet would be sweet, i think the one that happened out west kinda flopped though... i didn't hear much about it.
I really want to get out and play in the next couple weeks though, its been a long semester.

I'm not sure about these AO meets never been to one. But I work, play and practically live at woodland. If you guys could come up with exactly whats going down how many people and want exactly you want from him the owner would most likely be very open to a big private play of you guys. As long as you pay he doesn't care what kind of gun you shoot You might have to set it up fast though before the snow starts flying.

Aww, thanks Muzikman. lol, but... Metro-Detroit would be good, because DTW is right there. Also, since Atomix is such a well known field, i think it would be nice to have it there... And since AO meets are about hanging out, for the most part, Walled Lake would be awesome because there are multiple hotels in the area, as Potatoboy stated yesterday in the Chat. Also, i am going to post on the atomix forums and see what the owner has to say.

If we do it at atomix, we can base out of my house as it's very near by. This of course would all depend on the dates, but I'm sure we could get quite a few AO day regulars to show.

Wyn, I sent the owner of Atomix a PM on their forums. He said that he would be "Honored" to let us use the field for an AO day. He wants me to call up there and work out the details... So, when do you people ,that would want to come, think the best time for it would be? I want some feedback from you kids, the more input you throw in... the better the turnout.
