Anyways, Grinch. How big is your indoor field? If you had a outdoor speedball field that would be alot more fun! I dont know if your making it woodsball or what, but I think it would be a great time to play outside, and have a chance to play inside if the weather wasnt acting right.(never know in michigan )

As for prices, 65$ aint bad, unless your selling rec-ball paint for 65 . Push it down to 50$ a case and WOO BOY YOU GOT A DEAL RIGHT THERE.

well no. heres how I will do it. its simple..show up,if you have a mag and are playing with it..then you pay $60.00
.....For everything.....1 case of paint, entry and all the air that your mag can shoot.
My playing field is 65 feet wide by 135 feet long. we can run 10 on 10 with no problems but, if you would rather wait till we get the outdoor up and running then thats cool too. I understand.
The outdoor field will be all airball, Thats all we run at our place. It allows to stay fresh and change the layouts a lot. It will be 120' by 100'. We should be working on it in a month or so tops ( sooner if i can get the landlord to bulldoze the field).
All I ask is that if Im going to host the event then I need time to properly promote it and make it somthing special for everyone.That and I need people in here to spread the word. I really like the idea that these are "get togethers" and just have fun events. I want to try to get some event sponcors and be able to do some givaways, maybe have people bring BBQ grills and make a party of it. Im not sure how much i'll be able to get but Im D@MN sure going to try.
It just sounds like a neet thing to do. Anyways thats my ideas. As I siad I'll do what I can for everyone and would love to host it.This isnt even about making money for me, I just think its a cool thing.

If you're truely interested in hosting an AO day it has always been a flat rate for the event no matter what you shoot. This has always been the way we where planning on running it. Once we get a date nailed down, we should think about getting the planning crew together to talk things over with you before any official announcement is made. Not that you can't run your own mag event, but here we like to set things up together with field owners.

Nah, just jokin. I'm going to let my friend shoot my other one. Gotta teach him how to use it first though, no Lvl 10. Add to that the fact he's never ever played paintball before, should be fun to watch.

Sounds good to me grinch. I'f Im not mistaken, this is taking place 3rd week-Mid June, so hopefully your field will be being completed before then. That is just a tentative date if Im not mistaken.

I'd defenitely play at your field though! It would be better if the non-mag shooters didnt have to pay extra though, wouldnt seem right to me.

hey Shaun! welcome to AO! This is Dave, the goofy-lookin glasses-wearing guy from Killer PB (and from Stalker PB, LOL)...

yeah, "AO Days" are an Automags.Org thing, which ideally would be a "mag-only" thing, but on a broader note, has become more of a forum where truth, research, anti-hype, and the real brotherhood generated from not trying to be cooler than everyone around you is the norm. We're all friends, regardless of what marker we currently shoot, and life is good. End of story.

And as far as putting the day together? We can handle most of it, including the bulk of promotions, but, understanding how involved you are in your field (and believe me, I respect your interest in providing quality), you will DEFINITELY be kept involved. Just make sure we're on the same page with stuff, things will go smoothly. We have a tendency to get sponsor-types out to our days as well, so lets clear those with each other. It'd suck for Tom Kaye to show up on the same day as Billy Gardner, lemme tell ya. Smart Parts would be half the company by the end of THAT event. lol.
