Yes. And on Fridays nights its packed and full of chicks. Hot chicks.

Saturdays are very hit and miss. Mostly miss. Still the same deal, but for some reason the place just doesn't pack them in on saturdays.

EDIT: And its $2 PBR's ALL night long. Although, while thats a good deal, just about every bar in the east village / lower east side is $2 PBR's. Its become an east village thing for some reason.

For those not from the NY area, the East Village isn't the gay one. Just to head that one off at the pass.

The pub crawl was actually in Greenwich Village. Theres some decent bars there but I usually don't hang out there unless Im going for a specific reason (a lot of good bands play at a few places down there).

The East Village is more our style. Cheap beer and cheaper women.

Not to throw a major monkey wrench into things, but what about those of us who hate beer? Where is a decent place with 24oz/$20 steaks that serves top shelf Long Island's for a steal?

We could always come back to my Elks lodge...1.50 beers, Guinness on tap, and 2.00 drinks. I can bring in 7-9 guys. Just a thought.

There's a place in Rahway NJ called the Firehouse -- you can get great steaks up tp 48oz !!!

Rahway is just off the Gardenstate Parkway and NJ Turnpike exit 11.

McSorley's Ale House
One of the oldest bars in NYC (if not the oldest). One of the coolest places to drink in NYC, I go here often. Beer only, though, and you have two choices - Light or Dark. Try to order anything else and the bartenders will mock you all night and insult your manhood.

After the NYC motorcycle show, I learned that Zum Scheider's is only a 5 block walk from McSorleys.

alright, i have a couple of questions.

1) with the planed festivities, are people going to be camping at the field or will we be meeting there and heading some other place for "after hours fun"?

2) what is the paint that we will be using? i am assuming that its FOP, and i know that with the more people playing, the less we will have to play, but no one has said anything about the kind of paint.

3) i understand with a good crowd, Top Gun will be doing a little senerio game, but how will the logistics break down, and how long is the game going to last? are we looking at a 9am to 5pm game, or can we get a full 12 hours or what?
