That's what I get from both. A buddy of mine that knows a bit about batteries watched the video and thinks that either there's a bad cell in the pack, or that there's some other issue with it, but that it shouldn't drop off that quickly.

Aye, I agree it should not drop that quickly, Hate to suggest buying a 80 new battery and it not being the problem at all. Not sure if you have done this already, but check for shorts in the electrical lines, Pinched wires. Another possibility is a partial short in the Solenoid which would require replacement, when the noid is working does it heat up significantly ?

Although my first check would really be to check for shorting in the wiring, and between the wiring and the body itself (rail frame etc....)

        Latest update:

Took it to the 24hr game so I could trouble shoot it with paint and air.

        1) It flat out rips in mech mode. With 1000 psi going into the valve it's got some nasty fast bounce on the trigger. I was able to get some streams of paint going that turned heads at the chrono.

        2) It simply sucks hot wind in emode. It'll fire every now and then, but mostly it does nothing. You can hear the solenoid clicking away like it wants to trip the sear, but the majority of the time nothing happens. When it does, it's pretty sporadic.

Tonight when I clean I'm going to use the multimeter to check and see how much power is actually getting to the solenoid, and reset the Xmod software to the default settings.

I was at one outside of seattle. I saw two emags, an ep mag, a few rt's, and about 5-6 AM/MM's along with my mags. With only 260 people there, it was a nice showing.

It really sounds like a bad battery or solenoid. It could be something as simple as a bad or pinched wire.
Except for the Automag in front, its usually the man behind the equipment that counts.

I have 3 chargers and 3 batteries. The charger's voltage on all 3 is between 24.3-24.7 VDC. One of the chargers will not charge for some reason even tho the voltage is fine. The 3 battery's voltage after a proper charge is between 19.2-19.6 volts. You could have a bad charger OR bad battery. Do you have access to another charger and battery to try?

I have one of KC's battery's ordered so I can test that. I don't have another charger, but KC's pack comes fully charged so I'll have a good base to test from.

The routing of the wires is good, it was working fine after I got it back from anodizing until about two games ago when it started firing sporadically. I'm cleaning all my gear tonight, and I'm going to verify the power being sent to the solenoid, and re tighten all the connections.
