ahhhh okay. well I know what that is, but i'm not sure I know how to tell what size it is. I believe it came with my RPG rail that I bought WITH my emag lowers from someone on this site...

I believe it was Twilight G haha.

Hey Twilight, whats going on with the Emag lowers that you sold me?
Any idea what I need to do to get them operating?

wait, that on/off pin is NOT the one that goes through the sear connecting it to the rail, is it?

No, that goes inside the on/off in the valve
if you didnt change the pin that was in the Xvalve to an Emag pin, then your pin is to long, and that would be my guess as to why it wont fire
you either need to order an Emag on/off pin (and an x-oring while your at it) from AGD
or if your are competent with a file or dremel you can CAREFULLY shorten the one you have

I haven't sold any lowers I tried to sell you an X-Valve at one point but you found a better offer

It should still fire in Mech mode, right? (I'm still a nub to EMags myself)

Im fairly certain that the angle on the Emag sear is different than the RT sear, and that is part of the reason for a shorter pin, it makes the opening/closing of the on/off shorter

Is the axle pin in and are you using a high out put tank (850+), does the tank have more than a 1000PSI in it?

Okay, given that this is not only my first Emag project but also my first paintball project as well, I figured I would go ahead and post some pictures of what I'm working with. Perhaps this will help you understand what I might be facing. I will also post pictures of anything else that you might want to see. I'm trying to get this puppy rippin' by Oct 8th.

                      Thanks!

Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I agree that the on/off pin might be the culprit but I also noticed the myth reg. Is it sprung for 800psi? I think they're normally preset to 650 which isn't enough for Mags (not X-Valves)

what can be done about the myth reg?

I also have a an armageddon reg that came with my tank, but the pro-shop guy talked me into the myth reg and a cp asa and drop...

I will post pictures of that as well.

This is what the tank originally came with before I got the Myth Reg:

I really know very little about the Myth reg other than the preset output and the fact that it's ridiculously small.
If I'm not mistaken, it can be modified for higher psi output but don't know anything else about that or if it's even possible.

You probably don't have a spare tank? Or borrow from a friend?

I don't have a spare tank. I'm going to take my tank over to the shop today and use the armageddon reg instead of the myth reg and see where that leaves me with this situation. That could be the entire problem. only thing is I don't know how to set the regulator to certain psi's and whether or not that needs to be done before there is air in the tank or if the tank is connected to the gun
