Heres where im at right now:

When I had air, I switched my FIX to 46 and left my ROF at 11 as well as my Dwell at 15. Air'd it up and it worked fine in Mech mode, but when i switched it over to Electronic it seemed like the trigger rod was holding the trigger too far forward, I couldnt walk the trigger...its just extremely heavy trigger pull.

Im guessing that the trigger rod is too far foward (I bought the Emag used, so Im guessing the previous owner didnt know how to adjust it?)

I have the stock Emag trigger. Now you mentioned adjusting the magnet in the trigger? How is that done? Ive never messed with that before.

Get that trigger rod to the proper length first. The magnet is the one in the back of the trigger. You adjust it with a small allen key through the front.

        Ahh ok cool.
Im thinking my whole problem is the trigger rod. Which leads me to ask this:
When I have it in Electronic mode, should I have any RT bounce at all? Or should that only be in Hybrid.
Because prior to this when my FIX was 0, if I would switch it to Electronic mode I would get nothing but RT bounce. The noid would click but it would be all RT.

You really dont want any RT bounce in E mode. If the trigger outshoots what the noid can do, the gun will 'stall'. It will sound like bolt stick.

If the gun is 'stock' configuration, you should be able to get the gun to go 15 bps in full auto. It might need some tweeking to get it more, but they can go up to 23.

Ok its a safe assumption that the trigger rod is too long then?

Yup. The trigger rod should not touch the trigger in Emode at all.

Well - take the frame off the gun. Disconnect the sear axle from the rail. Remove the grip with the window. You will see an "E" clip on the solenoid plunger. Use a needle nose pliers and pull it straight off. Then the sear will pull right out of the noid and out the top of the frame.

To adjust the rod, you will have to break the locktite. Heat it up some with a lighter. Use a small pair of pliers to turn the rod in. You shouldnt have to add any more loctite to that one. (If you get calipers and do the plunger, most definitely use red loctite on it)

I have had the EXACT same problem with my Warp Left ULE body, but with a Q-Loader. No matter what the pre-winds were set at, at some point during the day I would end up with a chop. I've since moved on to a Powerfeed body, and will be using an Automag to Autococker adapter so I can use my Cocker threaded barrels again.

Well I adjusted the trigger rod back a bit...I think that will work. I just need air to test it.

I can definitly tell a difference even with no air in the gun. I can actually see a difference in trigger pull between hybrid and electronic...so I think my problem might be fixed....I wish there was an area around here that filled compressed air...blah
