        Nathan, You fixed my gun. Replacing the orange oring with a urethane one (from lvl 10 kit) resolved my problem. I guess it was so soft that it would seal low pressures from the on/off side and prevent it from bleeding out? Thanks for all your help!

            Yeah, o-rings can do funny things when under pressure.
