AO: We are back from the dead... again! After an 18 day outage, we are finally alive and well. Who knew how complicated updating software/databases from 2008 would be. I still have alot of tweaks to make, but my main goal was getting everything patched and updated to 2026.
Vbulletin 6 has changed alot since 2008 so we will have a ton of new features to dig into.
"Classic Valve and ULT trigger don't mix"... my a**(video)
My minimag valve is #6336, so its pretty old. The minimag body is as old as the valve, and I'm not sure about the 68classic valve, you'll have to talk to Bad_Dog about that. I have no idea how I got it to work, luck maybe, or was it skill??
well i dono if i should try
my other freidns mag is even older and he was gonna switch out his valve for a X valve but this might change his mind
and whos Bad dog? will he even tell me how he did it
oh and hows short stroking?
how heavy is the pull now?
Bad_Dog is another member on AO. If you get the pull right, you wount short stroke often, and if you do, the LVL 10 is there to help. Its 15oz. at the top if the blade trigger, and hardly anything at the bottom. I can tap the the end and it will fire.
Thordic: If you were talking about the two seperate segments, those were two different mags, but my comp air tank is having problems with the reg recharge and it was pretty much empty, so that could explain anything you heard.
The trigger pull is very unique. You could walk it, but you would probably shout stroke. In order to not short stroke, you need to pull the trigger all the way. The intelliframed mag has a trigger stop on it to help get more BPS and less short strokes. Remember, this is not an electric, so you are still manually moving something to make the marker fire, where as in an electric the solnoid would actually fire the marker.
