Some ideas for you since I have a similar project in the brainstorming faze:

    1. just cosmetic, but put picatinny rails on the sides as well for accessories, I mean if you are going to put the money into this might as well.

    2. I think a pnuematic frame would be your best option

    3. If not that why don't you just have it feed in at a slightly offset angle? like 4 oclock. That way it doesn't interfere with a standard intelliframe. the q will still mount right beneath the gun but it will have an elbow, like used for the warp to feed it in offset.

If you do build this body let me know. This will be great with a custom idea I have.

      2. Air through stock fittings are possible, maybe with a pro-connect on the stock and macro-line to the valve. I don't know if that would have any advantages over a direct remote hook up to the side of the valve other than having the remote run directly under the shooter not off the side.

      3. I like the idea of the dog-bone or U-shaped stock, but I think the L-shape you suggesteed is better. Are you a lefty? The gun in the picture looks like it is set up for a left-handed shooter.

I decided to try out the idea with one of my older CNC M4 bodies and it works! I'm going to finish this one up as a Qloder/M4 and test it out some more. I'll post more pictures when the lower receiver is finshed.

Well after a few hours in the shop it is starting to look good. I am waiting for some tooling to finish the lower receiver and a new set of Qloader pods. Next week I will finish the Qloader/magazine mount. I'm going to use the magazine release to be able to drop the Qloader out of the gun for cleaning. I don't know if I should even mess around with the brass deflector and ejection port detail, maybe I will just leave it a slick side. The paint job may have to wait until the temp. around here goes above freezing for a few days LOL.

That is one sweet mock up. question though...what's with the open trigger guard? Are you planning on closing it off somehow? Because I can see some commercial fields having an issue with that...

There's a trigger guard that goes in there.

Yes, that one would work nice in black.

And a little more work done, still waiting on Qloader pods and the material for the mounting bracket.

Wait, is there a reversed mag valve in there?!

How does your trigger mechanism work?

                      Looks nice either way.

Yes, it's a Minimag. I use a custom trigger and sear.

Here are a few shots with the pods attached and standard grips ect, Man does this thing shoot great! Loading the pods took a bit to get used to but I got it now. I think I may Duracote the pods and mount black to match the gun, but other than the magazine mount which I will finish next week it is all done. I'm going to play a few games with it to see if I like the rig and I may offer it as an option on my web site.

You should make an M203 shroud to cover the pod...that would be SICK.

                              and

what's a beast like this going to cost the consumer? LOL
