    mag boards

what boards have an appropriate noid attached and fit in an inteliframe?
by appropriate I mean not ion because of the air flow ( not about to mod a noid )

Probably nothing off the shelf. You might be able to find a small board and small noid, and fit them together with a battery and MPA3 inside of a frame, but it would a very very tight fit inside of an intelliframe.

hit up bigevil.he made his own frame but had to put the battery in a emag battery pack up front.i remember him saying that he would have rather used a different battery though.prolly to have more room to incorporate the bettery into the frame.

I really got stuck using the Predator NME board because there was/is nothing else available at the moment. I am already planning out version mkII of the frame. It will be milled out and if all goes well I will try and get the battery inside too. This time I am going to use a Mac noid, which is about the same size but configured a little differently than that one you see there. Im not sure if that will help with getting the battery inside, but it will help performance :-)

New boards are forever "only a month away". TAG is waiting on backordered components for the new MicroMorlocks, and I hear that the APE uniboards are supposed to be made after new years.

What about the whole Ion board theory?

                Use an ION board,

I stripped the noid, capacitor, and microswitch. Then I soldered long thin wires to these and shrinkwrapped the board, cutting out access to the buttons. It IS as small as a minimorlock. And I WILL fit in a ULE'd rail.

Here are a few pics showing the size comparison in a STOCK UMF frame, alone, and next to my pneumag I'm making.

if using an ion board I thought the noid didnt work because it is providing a constant flow of air while the trigger prevents air flow briefly. would you need a new noid to solder on?

yes he was saying that you remove the noid and put another one in but he added the wires to get the noid away from the board to mount it were it is needed

wires to position noid. where is the micro switch then. wired somewhere else aswell? and as previously stated the capacitor. is there a smaller cap. used/ wired somewhere else/etc.
what noid would you use mac? for what type of gun would the noid be built. an ion MAC im guessing is going to still be a constant air on noid. what noids would work for making an EPneumag?

A new noid shouldn't need a capacitor, the stock ION solenoid is just a power hog, that's all. So there is not wires to add one. There are wires for the Trigger switch to be mounted in a location behind the trigger, wires for the solenoid to be placed where needed, and then the wires for the 9V connector.
