This Hybrid Hedloc 2 feedneck was an angel threaded one before I cut it. :) Just becareful not to scratch anything during removal of the stock feed and cutting the new neck. I also shaved down a touch of the body where the stock feed butts up against so I could push the feedneck further down for a lower profile. Goodluck. Eric

As far as it holding up, I don't see how it will have a problem. It's just like modding the XMag feeds and I have several of those that have no issues. Like I said the neck wont be coming out unless I cut it out.

Where did you get your feedneck? I can't find them anywhere but the hybrid site and 35$ a pop seems a little steep. I am thinking of ordering 2 of these as I have a couple of micros that could stand to have a better feedneck.

Yep, that's the price of them, got mine from criticalpaintball. Only other neck that would probably press in snug would be a ccm. But I couldn't say for sure, since I have not put a ccm into a micro body. Who knows, maybe I got lucky with such a tight fit with the hybrid.

I feel the hybrid neck will look better in my opnion than the ccm. If you shave down a touch of the body so you can press the neck further in the better it will look. The shape of the hybrid will fit snuggly into the sight rail area nicely. The ccm may leave a gap between the neck and the sight rail even if modded, I don't think it is wide enough.

Hehe, sure do believe it or not. Plus many other folks have ccm mods in their xmags and never have heard a complaint.

Well the ccm will fit fine, I was just talking about the cleanest look. If you look at sgdiemax's body you see how the stock feedtube sat snug up against the sight rail. I just wasn't sure if the ccm is wide enough to close that gap. I know the hybrid is, that's all. Either way it should look sweet!

i see what your talking about.....i figured i'd try this neck because it looks identical to the stock one minus the 1/2 circle cut out......went with the silver just to see how it looks with the other silver parts on the marker.........if i dont like i may send the whole thing to get re annoed!lol
