stygshore
Back in High School ( like 1988ish ) I helped a couple guys with a Local BBS called The Necropolis - there was a rule made we all had to have names dealing with the dead, undead, or something of that nature.
I chose Stygian Shore, and have used it ever since in some variation or another. To be on the Stygian Shore is akin to being near death.

Well I set my path on being a machinist back in high school.
Ano for annodize, Moly for the high melting point element Molybdenum(not the herb in Homer's Odyssey).
Put them together and you get anomoly. 40 was because anomoly was taken and hotmail suggested 40.

I used to date a really sweet and very pretty girl from India and this is the nickname she gave me. It means life but is roughly akin to calling someone beloved. It seemed exotic enough so I used it for the name of the first character I made for 3rd edition. Shortly after that I made it my screen name on the D&D boards back in 2001ish. It's almost always available so I use it on most boards...here, M Carter Brown, Paintball Nation, Yankee Division, Phantom Owners Group, Stock Class Paintball etc.
Here is the Wikipedia entry on the name and it's local variations;

An old X-box/Gamecube game called Hunter: The Reckoning, the end boss was the Warden of a prison, and he was a few cards short of a full deck. So, he was a Crazy Warden...or Psychowarden.

There was a point in my life when all I did was think about paintball. I would buy 3 kinds of PB magazines and visit all kinds of forums. I would obsess over what would be my next marker purchase, which would keeping me up at night. I spent a month's worth of paychecks on creating the perfect Phantom set-up , which still isn't complete. I wanted to dedicate my life to this beautiful game. But then...tragedy stuck. Needless to say I have never been the same again.
