anyone figured out how to mount an internal lpr on this thing?

i assumed there would be a 1/8 taped inside, but thers not, and if i put the lpr outside i still need to drill a larger hole for the microline to go thru?

and where is the safety on this thing, or did garf forget that part.

He said from the beginning that there would be no safety. The pull is so light and short that a safety would be useless.

i missed that part i guess, because i recall him blaming one of the delays on making a working safety...

so with no 1/8 tap how are we putting internal lprs on, and how is gforce doing it?

I have not recieved my frame yet but WHAT no tap for an internal lpr, I was also assuming there would be one, have a tickler ready and was thinking it would just thread in place. Anyone have an sleeper setup for some pics?.

There seems to be mounting holes. The LPR isn't going to be a standard cocker style I don't think.

well im glad i got the frame and all but even up until about 2 weeks ago garf said a tickler or micro rock would be mountable isnide the frame.

i dont see why a threaded mount cant be amde at this time since the locking screw holes are there and apepars to be how gforce will be making theirs, jsut a pita to have amchinst make something that should have been and claimed to be standard, just one more shortcoming of this frame.

sure garf delivered but hes far from a savior

guess il mount it external for now until i find a solution

there is my proposed idea, if theres enough itnerest im sure somone here will make them and do our asa's for those that didnt send them to garf

-this was done in about 25 seconds in mspaint just to get an idea of waht im picturing to be the solution given what we have available without any additional milling to the frame itself.

is there a port in the frame to get air in besides the small LP line channel at the top of the frame?

the bottom center hole on my picture lines up with the one built into the frame, however its not alrge enough to get the microline thru so this is what i came up with.

o O o is basicly the pattern of the bottom of the frame

I think your drawing is perfect then, it makes it easier to tap the port(as opposed to directly tapping in the frame which is a pita) Whoever makes them will have to find a bottoming 1/8" npt tap or cut a standard one down so it will cut threads to the bottom of the hole.

the 2 smaller holes go the whole way through the frame? if they do are they countersunk on the outside bottom of the frame?

I sent a message to Garf and got a quick reply, sent him another to clearify what this means but still waiting for an answer, but this is what he says about internal setup.

As per our internal LPR set up, it uses our proprietary bolt-in design which takes seconds to install our G-Force LPR.

I got my 2 frames today!!!!!!!!!

just finished setting up the one, I used one of the Internal lpr bolt holes, drilled it Slightly bigger, just enough to fit the microline. I had to file down the edge of my forward drop a bit so it didnt pinch the line, but I was expecting to have to do all of this.

heres a vid on a classic valve!
