I'm all for the angled option.
    Thanks,
    Jeremy

I definitely will pick up the VASA for the LPR mounting option. They look slick.

The angled would look better, but ive never held an angled grip in my hands, not if itd be more comfortable than a straight grip. Hard choice...

I think I have decided to go with the new version without the flat sides for the air fitting and LPR. It's a mainly for inventory control. I do have 3 of these available today if anyone is interested.
I am going to machine new brass fittings for my LPR's as an option for when an o-ring seal is not viable.

The angled VASA will come in two styles, with or without the LPR port. The angled version will come standard with two side ports so it can be mounted forward or reverse. The industry standard for the angle on foregrips are typically 15* but I switched my 'Three Piece Foregrips' to 10* and no one has complained so I will follow suit with 10* on these.

The straight VASA will also come in two styles with or without the LPR port. The straight version will be available with one side port only.

This will NOT be available for the Automag with wings and a single screw mount.

Just an idea that I think would make the VASA look more balanced aesthetically.

Let me know if this is distracting from the purpose of this thread, or just otherwise anoying and I'll take it down.

Laku, I hear ya. I've gone back and forth on that myself. I do find your drawing unbalanced because the airports aren't centered in that detail, my eye goes right to it actually. Plus I think it might look worse once assembled with air fittings and LPR(?)

When the VASA is pictured by itself the unbalanced look is somewhat exaggerated, but when fully assembled with foregrip and on a marker it blends in better. Also it creates some problems with my fixturing for manufacturing.

I don't think there is a perfect answer, as there's a trade-off either way. Maybe there's a compromise between the two ideas, I'll play with it some but no promises.

I hear you. It's to everyone's own preferences, like always.

There's no way to completely balance or make symmetrical with the various constraints, but I can do this (??)

Seems more balanced to my eye.

Design is a tricky thing, small nuances and unconscious expectations. You can easily spend more hours on polishing something to get over those last 5%, than you did on getting to 95%.
At Least that's my experience on 3D design work on vfx/commercial front.

Thanks for the little nudge to make the change, I wasn't 100% happy with it myself.

Is there a price/timeframe on the angled vasa with no LPR port? I would love to get my hands on one asap.

Angled with an Lpr port is my choice.

Both standard and angled VASA's are completed minus the LPR ports.
Tomorrow I make fixtures and machine a few of each.
Pretty stoked to finish this up and move on to the Z2's.
