AMEN PENGUIN!!! I canot see how you could do a contest and the not reward the person whose ad you use.Further more,all the bickering is doing is sensationalizing this "billboard" which will probably make more people vote for it in the end.I think Tom and the management team of AGD should have been the ones to decide the winner and just left the comments up to the board.I think the general idea of using a nice looking female is not a bad idea.It just needs a little class to it.You could use a hot looking woman in a business suit and she would get looks.I bet the chick in the photo probably looks like the wicked witch from the Wizard of Oz.That is probably why they don't show her face.But I guess a face doesn't sell products? Any ways,congrats on whoever does win this thing.All the entries where good efforts. If nothing else,that photo would spice up the box and keep a lot of them from being the first thing that hits the garbage can,LOL

But the issue was a NUDE woman behind the hopper.. not what you see on Baywatch. Again, nice redirection into a more acceptable argument, but one that was NOT the original issue.

Like someone said before, the person's whose design or concept is used in the billboard will be rewards. It may not be the exact design they created. Because well, for legal reasons you can not use someone else's photo without their permission (looks at some signature images).

Also some of the designs aren't ready for a billboard, they need some touchups and work. That's why he said the actual design may not be used.

But the person will be rewarded and they can be happy that their idea was used.

I'm not changing any views. I'm just trying to show you the similarities. Ever watch a TV show or cartoon where the person is naked and they hide inside a barrel? OR they are just wearing a towel? Same stuff, you can't see them naked.

I think that picture of the lady is fine. I don't see anything wrong with it. She is nude behind it. Yet I can't see her nakedness. Can you?
