You could design a barrel just like the current twistlock with a "slot" for the anti chop eye. And if I can think of a way, I'm sure Tom could also. They are using cocker barrels because the largest group of potential buyers wants it that way.

Also for the removeable breach a threaded barrel works a lot better.

What would be really cool is if AGD put out an aluminum body that can be EITHER twist-lock, or threaded

You could still have a twist lock without the breach. It could be designed to hold the breach just like the threaded barrels.

^^ You'd have to have all differant barrels cause I don't think there is enough room for each channel. That would make it hard to get the barrel you want and the price would be higher.

Bottom line is that Tom all but said that is why they new extremes have cocker threads (because more people want it that way). Tom is NOT a fan of cocker threaded barrels. He IS a fan of the twist lock. Imagine that!
