so what should i do about mine? blinded by haste i ordered one, which i'm glad i did, but i use a minimag, and need a reverse, but they don't have reverse ones yet, is it really that big of a deal? can't i just swtich my hose around to the other side? or am i gonna have to change my order?

All the valves we make now have double orings in the bottom of the on/off hole.

If you need a reverse for a minimag just call or email [email protected] and give them your order number and instructions what to do.

Tom, after i ordered it said an email would be sent with instructions on what to do with my old valve, but i only got a receipt and a confirmation of the order. will the email telling me where to send the valve be sent thursday when the office is open again?

plan on ordering friday if i get the 365 my friend owes me and an intelliframe along with it :) o and you wont care if i call up and place the order if its out of stock because my mom doesnt want to order online again for some reason or another so i have to call you anyway and i dont wanna have to call more than once. sorry for the dumb question

yep. you send them a classic valve or a Retro Valve and $225 and they send you a X-Vlve with Level 10 already instlaled....a damn fine deal i might add

Level 10 Already Installed

I think Airgun Designs are by far the best company out there when it comes to innovative products and customer service, but this whole deal with the X-valve coming out all of a sudden and no extra exchange value for a Level 10'd valve is unfortunate. I went ahead and bought the Level 10 direct from Airgun Designs TWO WEEKS AGO and even had it airmailed because it was a great product and went to Airgun Designs today to maybe buy a Retro Valve and then I see the X-valve. I never saw anything about it coming out for Mags other than the Xmag anytime soon but if I had I would have bought it the minute it came out. I already spent 90 bucks to get the Level 10 and I have no option but to get it AGAIN? Couldn't they just sell X-valves without the Level 10, and when you send your regular valve just transfer the Level 10? Seems fair to the customers that fought hard to get the Level 10 so quickly! Mr. Kaye and AGD, help your very loyal customers out! You know we'll appreciate it and it will only add to your reputation as THE company for customer service. Even $60 extra credit would be fair and I would immediately order this great product. I hope you consider this. Happy Holidays

so, you were willing to spend the $225 to upgrdade your classic to retro, but arnt willing to spend $225 to upgrade your classic to X and get another LX bolt, which you can sell for at least $50 making the net price $175? 4oz lighter and you save $50...but thats not good enough?!?

X-Valve For Minimag

In order to recover some of the money from the Level 10 I just bought 2 weeks ago, I am posting my Level 10 for sale on Ebay with the option to buy the 4-star Minimag Valve it's installed in as well. Saves whoever buys it the hassle of the tuning, I had it done professionally to get the most out of it. My name there is QUINCYMASSGUY as well. Once I do that, I am definitely getting the Xvalve. I do see some of the logic to the previous post but that still means previous buyers of the Level 10 are being left out in the cold, so to speak, with people who chose not to upgrade quickly saving more money. It just means I won't buy a new product immediately from AGD for fear it will become obselescent within 2-4 weeks. AGD is the best company right now and I can't emphasize that enough as I have dealt with many such as Brass Eagle who have no respect for the game or their customers. AGD has always watched out for us and never done anything for the purpose of unfair profit and I am sure that was NEVER the intent here, however it is unfortunately similar in this case. The $80 bucks or so is a significant amount of money but not alot. It's how they address this issue of long term Automag users upgrading that should shape our perspective of how AGD helps their longterm customers and not just the new ones. I hope this post is not immediately deleted, as I am not bashing the company at all and I do encourage keeping your business with them, I only hope it sheds some light on how many customers who bought the Lvl 10 already may be feeling now and might help shape AGD/customer relations for the better. Thank you all for your time, I know this was rather lengthy but my intentions are good.
