I ordered a Halo B from them 4 weeks ago and still haven't got it. I'm about to cancel the order and go somewhere else.

The bad thing is, I used to use them exclusively for my online shopping. They weren't as bad as they've become. Looks like they still like you Oddball. Oh well, more money in my pocket for me to spend on stupid stuff like cockers, timmies, and tattoos.

From what I've heard, the Halo Bs have been recalled from retailers, so you may not be able to find them in stock anywhere.Originally posted by xrancid_milkx

At least that's what I heard from one retailer.Comment

paintballgear is alright IMO. Whatever I order, I get ground shipping and it comes it 2 days. (They're about 1 hour from my house). But I gotta pay sales tax since I'm in the same state.
Anyway, the reason shipping is so much, is because they have relatively cheap prices, and can make some of it back through upping the "shipping costs". A cheesy tactic but by the time you see the hefty shipping costs, you've already decided to just go with the order anyway.
888 sucks, I wouldn't even use their catalog to wipe my ***. I try to stick with www.g3pb.com if I can, or I just order it straight from the company (i.e. Cobra, Dye etc..). If not, I'll take paintballgear.com Though I am curious about paintballgateway.com's service.2001 Angel LCD

I've found that www.paintball-online.com will beat PBGear's prices by 5%. One other thing, paintball-online doesn't screw you shipping costs either. Plus they are some 1800 miles closer to me than Chicago's pbgear.

covad sucks, first of all, covad rocks
, and if anyone has screwed me over is paintball-online. They hardly have any stock at all and their customer service is terrible. And how can you beat shipping costs of 0? Anything over 100 at pbgear is free, UPS Ground, which is completely fine by me. Thats usually around 4-5 days for me (from the shipped date). The only problem I have with pbgear is their popular stuff always sells so fast, and now im waiting for a crossfire 68/4500

I created my handle for a reason...we'll leave it at that.
Even you are waiting for a Crossfire 68/4500 tank, I rest my case. They have nothing to sell. It's an online BACKORDER site.

I have 1.5 mbps Covad and its awesome, never fails, ALWAYS running at the advertised rate. And for some reason, even when running a full bandwidth download, browsing web pages is as if there wasnt a dowload going at all
Yes, pbgear has MANY backorders, but I have gotten many things from pbgear that actually werent backordred. And with the prices they have, I definatly can wait. The stuff from paintball-online that I ordered came in SIX WEEKS and it was a BOLT, and that bolt ended up being wrong and destroyed my gun body (pro carbine)Comment

PBGear does soo much volume that they figure if only 4 or 5 people a day have a problem, they are doing good.
They also don't do electronic order picking. Some guy has to read a piece of paper, then grab it off a shelf. In the 21st century, large companies that do high volume use bar codes. NOT them
