Paintballgear.Com is a Joke!!

I ordered a retro valve and lvl 10 from Paintballgear/Actionvillge.com about the beginning of Nov and it was imediately put on back order. But when I heard about the X-valve (Yes I've been out of the country with no computer) I cancled my order and ordered an X-valve for about 20 bucks less, but now that's on backorder even though the online stock check says they're in stock.

It seems that small stuff comes quick and/or les popular items are on back order all the time. It just goes to show I should have ordered from AGD because they both have them for the same price and everybody is out of stock.

I put in an order about 5 months ago with pbgear. I ordered a red psychoballistics drop, a clear 12 volt revy with x board, a full freak kit with an ss back.

This is what they sent me

Black Pmi drop (I think that was the one), a black 9 volt rev, a black freak back, and to top it off a brass eagle goggle system. I could have understood if they marked the wrong box and all. Bt on my invoice inside it had all the things that I ordered checked marked and said shipped. The thing that pissed me off was I had to spend like 15 dollars sending that joker back. Did they ever say sorry or anything, nope? So needles to say I will NEVER order anything from them again.

Tuna(Among myself and others) is a liscenced AGD (and other comapnies) dealer. That means he can sell items to you for close to what PBGear sells them for. Between all the sales people on AO, youre sure to get a better deal with MUCH better service than PBGear. I know that I personally, in over 80 orders in the past 4 months, ive had ZERO complaints and am accurate 100% of the time

Hehe well, earlier in this thread I said I had a package arrive from "some" paintball company. Turns out it was 888Paintball!! Suprisingly only took about 4 days to get here.

But ( there is always one of them! )

The barrel in the pic, and I verified via email to be the barrel I was orderring, IS NOT the barrel that was sent. They are advertising OTP barrels for 15.00 called the Demon Series. I orderred 2 of them based off the website and the email I sent confirming the type of barrel it is.

It should have been the OTP that takes small inserts (Oiginally called the G-1 series) What arrived were straight aluminum barrels that resemble the Infinity series barrels that come on the Angel.

I've ordered from actionvillage several times, and all my items got here within days. Although some of my friends are still waiting for stuff they ordered months ago. Guess I'm just lucky.

I have never had a problem with pbgear.com, and I will continue to order stuff from them if they continue to have the best price. Unless I get a deal at my local proshop ofcourse.
