Just say "NO" to loader drilling!

Seen alot of folks drilling their hoppers to get the hose into the right position, especially on the warp breach Xtreme which almost comes out of the body at a right angle. If you add the 90 degree adapter you're still sticking out to far. Ideally I'd like to see Tom's bottom feed adapter.

Here is my proposed warp body for all mags that will eliminate the need to drill your loader without resorting to purchasing the inferior Eggo

I'm working on a warp breach next that doesn't come out of the marker at a right angle.

** EDIT - Did a little measuring, moved the feed port in closer **

Looks interesting...but it looks like it'd be a major pain to clean if you chop a ball.

The reason the feed port sticks out as far as it does is to clear the rail and leave enough room for the hose adapter to connect. With some teaking we could get it a little closer/tighter.

Its all about just melting the hopper

I like the body though, I'm interested for my upcoming emag (even though its already warp left)

              Sincerely,

I would direct your attention to the bottom of the linked image, to the feed modules:

But who wants to melt a $150 hopper? Especially if you want to use it on another marker?

why doesnt he just make all rails from now on with a spot milled off for an angled down feed tube...?

thats what i did on my mayhem.

although, granted, the rail is much bigger in relation to the body on a 'mag...

Yeah, that's what I'm shooting for here Hexis, but without the feed plug on the xtreme breach, more along the lines of curved path from the bottom 90 degrees into the chamber.

Believe me guys we were looking at this just this morning trying to get a side feed for the ULE bodies. The problem is clearing the rail, you have to cut out a big chunk to make it work. We are going to make a few and see if people can cut up their own rails.

Bob - first of all, Lightwave rocks! I've been a Lightwave user since version 1.0 and used to teach seminars in it's use at Fresno State. Stuart Fergusun and Allen Hastings rock as well. Back in the day, the Lightwave mailing list had some 60-80 people on it, and someone would ask about how to do something in Modeler, and Stuart would post an AREXX macro to automatically do it the same day.

On to the topic.... I prefer to use a Ricochet loader with the Warp, which bypasses the whole issue of bending or cutting the loader entirely.

                              See you on the field,
