I've been away from AO for sometime, so forgive me if my question is redundant...

Where do you get the aluminum mainbodies??? I must have a lo-rise, cocker-threaded aluminum mainbody

EDIT: I found 'em..."Sluggo" bodies, cost a C-note. Is there an Angel lo-rise adapter that fits a HALO?

Well I use a Dremel Pro ( Its a newer style full speed control ) and I use fiberglass cut off wheels, Carbide Burr Tool, Sanding Drums.

To get a good radius I use the cut off disk to get the material out of the corners then use the burr to clean it up a little then use the sanding disk to finish up. If I get some time today Ill god some Kills Rob Pics of what I did to the front of the gun.

I am looking at some more drums size to play around with back sleeve area. Next up for me is a Bench Gringer with a polishing wheel and flexable knock down wheel for knocking down edges and what not.

Rob you need a frymarker resin battery pack to take another few ounces off, not to mention an x-valve

The battery pack will be getting some attention soon ]:^>

                Postal Scales...

Not sure if anyone mentioned it yet, but if you want a better scales than the grocery store, try a self service post office. Their scales should do grams. :)

                Looks good btw...

Make sure it looks good or you will have to start over or cut more off. :) I don't think I should even show off my body. What kind of cut off wheel are you using? I saw a diamond plated cut off wheel for a dremil yesterday at Lowes, is that over kill and a waste of money?
