Steers and Qu*ers comes from the movie Full Metal Jacket. Freaking awesome movie. If you have ever watched the TV show mail call then you know the drill sergeant from Full Metal Jacket.

"Holy dogsh--! Texas, only steers and que-rs come from Texas, private Cowboy! And you don't much look like a steer to me, so that kinda narrows it down!"

you know, we told you waht to do, and you refused to take our advice, you could have easily calmed down, and taken your feed neck off, and then been happy as a clam, and pushed the broken piece off.

I truely feel everything in this scenario, the scratching, and the nech breaking, were your fault, and no one elses. Calm down, and admit your mistakes, because if you dont, you wont learn from them ok?

Yeah... too bad it was WRONG.

The piece of plastic was TOO tight, on top of that, have you SEEN the ULE body feed neck? There is a lip of metal so you can't push a loader too far down, that lip is flush with the piece of plastic stuck. So it made NO difference what side I pushed this down from, the top I could work with the top of the plastic, the bottom I would have had metal and a hairline gap between the metal and plastic..

My way worked, I drilled a channel down two sides of the plastic and then took a screw driver and twisted the plastic until it broke in two halves and I could remove it. You were not here, you did not see what I had to work with, and I am pretty sure you have not had to do this before. I could have taken the feed neck off.. IT WOULD NOT HAVE WORKED. And I took my time, it took me over 2 hours to do this because I took my time so I would cause as little damage to my ULE as possible.

And how is the Halo breaking off MY fault? Odyssey doesn't think it's my fault, do you know more about their product than they do? I babied this thing and it broke, other people have bashed theirs and it hasn't broken. There is a word for that.... DEFECTIVE. The scratches on the neck are very small, look at the picture, see where the anno on the crease scratched off? that is what I am pissed about. I am anal about my gear because I work hard for it and I always buy the best, that tiny scratch that you can't even see when a loader is on the gun BOTHERS ME. I even thought about buying a new ULE and selling this one.

So you can "feel" what you want, this loader was defective and the only way to get it out was me scratching my ULE body. Until you are in the same situation and show detailed pictures on how you overcame this you can shut the ACE you are talking out of.
