Well, check with your bank if your check was cashed. Hopefully they can track that to the owner or someone affiliated with that store? Did you asked the store employee if they even had that particular Xmag hanging on the racks? Hopefully, it's just a clueless store worker who doesn't know what's going on. Again, good luck bud! I'm not sure about cashier's checks, but with MO's, you put down the person's name, company, etc...did you fill that out yourself or leave it blank? I believe that too can be used as a form of receipt if you still have your stub. They can research who cashed it right?

damn man sorry to hear you're having problems. i still think this guy is ok, but i will admit he is VERY slow. when did you email him? it took me about 4 days to get a reply. this guy uses the the slowest shipping around. i wouldn't be suprised if you got your xmag any day now.(depending on when he recieved payment) if i were you i'd wait till the end of the week to get a reply before you raise a little hell.

BTW, i don't know if i said this already or not, but that pic of the xmag on the wall is not the one you'll recieve. he uses the same pic for all of his xmag sales. if you want compare it to the pic in the auction i won (myangelrocks). the xmag i recieved was factory sealed.

I would never ship an X mag "factory Sealed" to any customer. Buy the way...sealed is a staple in the box. Reason is I am going to look at it for any thing wrong and check it out before I stick it in a customers hands. I want the customer to know exactly what it is. And you gotta check em.

Yes a MO or Cashiers check can only be cashed by the Person its made out too. If it is not or is lost you can cancel it and get money back. If its cashed but someone other than the recipient that is. Or lost.

But if he cashed it then you do have proof he got the money. So that can be used to recover or file fraud both postal and legal fraud.

You be alright I think. Some people are just not very good at communication. They should be with that kind of money but some just are not is all.

I wanted to find out if you got your item and if not, what item was yours so I can file a claim with the post office and refund your money or ship out the item you ordered. that's total bs. you should go after him or whoever is the actual person who owns that account. the orginal owner of sunrisepantball accepted the liability of an account and should still be held responsible even if they're letting someone borrow their name.

i'm apologize for ever recommending this ebayer, but in my defense i didn't know it was kosher to share an account like that.
