New X-Mag going on ebay guys for a pretty decent price

The owner of the e-bay account is a J. Pawlak. When I called Predator weeks ago, they denined knowing anything about it.

So basically you dont know if you are getting money back or a gun?

Well, unfotunately for them, their account=their responsibility. They can't just play it off as "It was one of the guys using our account." The guy who the account belongs to is ultimately responsible. I'd make sure you let them know that. And yes, they are slow at getting back to people.

Nope. The guy sent me another e-mail on Saturday stalling for time. At least I'm getting e-mails now.

What did it say, "We are looking into it?" The fact is that your bought something from that account that you havent recieved. They need to send you your money, plain and simple.

Sorry to hear you've had such bad luck but if you've watched TV recently there was a special on internet, especially Ebay, scams. Crooks would 'steal' accounts with good standing (by methods I won't mention in case someone gets an idea to try it) and then make posts on items with too good a deal. Then they would demand cash or it's equivalent making up some excuses about not taking 'safer' methods (paypal, etc, is safer but not foolproof) of payments. I truly hope that yours is not the case but don't be waiting for him to 'get back to you'... do whatever you have to, to get your money back NOW... call your bank, call (not e-mail!) Ebay, call the police, etc., etc. and good luck to you!

It has taken 35 days, but I now have a ups tracking number. Lets see what arrives on Dec. 10th.

Look at the bright side,now you get the full XMAG experience usually reserved for those who pre-ordered.

It's kinda like the total package,order,wait,still waiting,wait some more......and then finally.....the tasty fruit.

Considering that it took 35 days for him, from the time he sent out the money, to the time he had any idea whether he would get the gun, and he was not sure if he was scammed, I think that he had an experience all his own.

That's not so different than what many other people have had to deal with.Trust me,I've had my own unique Xmag dealings.

However,it was mostly a light hearted comment.

Why do they let sellers/buyers stay on ebay if they get negative feedback? if they boot them off things like this will not happen.
