New X-Mag going on ebay guys for a pretty decent price

Didn't you tell us you got a X mag box? And it had a serial number on it right? Give AGD a call and see if that serial number was shipped to a particular person or particular dealer. Might be a clue to your Perps identity or a lead to them anyway. Through a dealer that might know who bought it or directly to the person that did buy it. If thats the case thats your scamer or he knows who had his box anyway.

don't worry man, you can get what ever you spent back. A friend of mine did a trade and the kid kept his marker for months. I finally had to step in and help my friend, with the help of my bro's at AGD, mossman and a few others we were able to get my friends marker back. To bad his freak kit was missing. This place is full of connections, so you can and will find someone in that area that can help you with athorities. Just be presitent and pasient and it will work out.

The guy emailed me and said that the refund check has been returned to him. I giving him the benefit of the doubt, because we are having mail problems out here in Queens.

USPS will not return mail to the sender unless:

1. The delivery address is bad
or
2. There was insufficient/no postage

That "mail was returned to me" line is one of the oldest in the book. I bought some barrels from these guys, and though there were some issue, they eventually took care of them. I believe the store affiliated with that ebay account number is Predator paintball, as my package said "Predator paintball" on it. I believe Oh Pawlak owns the Predator paintball stores. Someone better explain to them that if packages are being sent from their store to fulfill ebay orders, and payments are going send to the store, then they are going to end up being responsible.

The fraud charges are already posted. I will rescind them only AFTER I get my money back.

That is classified as a "Bad address." I still think they are just giving you the run around. I mean, the gun not in the package is a pretty clear "Screw you" if Ive ever seen one.
