I have to wonder if the words 'hype' and 'attack' would have been used so much in this thread if it weren't for the people involved. I would like to point out that I think it's pretty cool to be involved in a sport where the Big Names mix and mingle with the lowlifes like me.
I interpreted the thread at PBN to be simply a debate on the value/merit of a paid service. Quite frankly, I visit PBN quite often for this type of thing - I'm new to the sport and have a lot of stuff I need to buy....I go there to read product opinions. As an added benefit, I have been learning to decipher this modern cell-phone-spelling crap and the approptiate spelling of 'do0d'
To sum up, I would like to offer the opinion that we may not want to start pointing fingers and calling names and instead appreciate that folks like Tom, Doc, Ethan, etc. are accessible. Dare you to IM Bill Gates when your Windows crashes.

. His favorite thing was when some dealer came in and advertised products with impossible capabilities. He would in his own words "hold their feet to the fire". Not only was it fun to watch them squirm, but everyone who read one of those topics knew that their money would be wasted on the product. He helped educate and savvy up a large number of people.
