I prefer the egg, just because it holds more paint and I don't shoot 20 bps anyway.

As far as the tank, you DONT want a 114 ci tank, if you think that your steel tanks heavy now, that 114 will be bigger and heavier. It's going to be twice as long and wide as your current tank, atleast. Go for a 68/45 from crossfire, can't go wrong.

I would think that purchasing a new hopper wouldn't up your skills much.

i think you'r right but i hate getting it refilled and a good portion of my games aren't at a field or near a nitro fill unless i drop 100 on a scuba which i dont plan on doing any time soon. i was thinking of a 88/45 but i have a strict budget of $140 so its not like i have every option in the world.

in my case, the halos are great, when and if they decide to grace you with workingness... I have had incredibly bad times with the 2 halos I had, and each of them spent more time at oddyssey than at my house. However, I have heard from many other people whose halos worked great, so it might just be a quality control issue.

The thing that always bugged me about the halos is the weight. It made my gun feel a big top-heavy, but thats all personal preference. Right now, I stick with my old reliable revvy, and the new egg I got with x-mas money.

i think i might go with a smoke evlution 2. cause i just got a new perspective on my style of play. i played woodsball at my friends house today and my other friend had me pinned down so tight that no matter where i snapped from balls just barrely missed me. i was using my friend's icon-e and i thought that i like to have the speed of my bushy but i dont really need it all the time. like when im keeping my lanes from becoming his lanes and i would have given anything to have been able to pop out with my bushy and snap him away easy but for the most of the game it was pretty much shot for shot. so i mean 17 bps is fast enough and i dont wanna wait around for a halo or drop that much cash on one considering i want to be able to buy a tank too and have some money for paint and play. also i realized how heavy my setup really is. and the halo wouldnt help that. if i decide that the evo isnt for me then i guess i could up it to a halo but for now i wanna be able to bring to the table more than just what my setup looks like and right now without playing a real game in 5 months i really need to polish myself up.
PS. i scored 2 kills and my friend that had me down behind the tree cought one of mine in the shoulder REALLY hard then i gogged my other friend with a point zero 68 pos thingy. good times and thanx a boat load.

the top three things that i hate are 1;timing
2;chops 3;ignorant people. yea i REALLY hate chops but i just remembered that i have $60 floating around from a gameboy that i havent recieved payment on yet so i gotta get him to ship that and im gonna spend that on a new tank and playing.so now i have upwards of 200 to spend on a nice tank. oh yea and i just gave a part of the 100 to my dad for a fill, smoke evo, bag 'o' paintballs so i can FINALLY play. its been so long i am so siked. actually i could be wrong but it works out better with the evo cause i save $15 (buying paint and fill with egg) and then the $60 whenever that gets here so i should be set for awhile.
and now all im doing is saving up for a weekend of play and after that im gonna save up for a nice gun. maybe a mag, ive got a itch for a cocker right now, and maybe viking, thinking about a timmi but dunno. im not worried about it now because its pretty far down the road. and if i dont get my grades up soon (4+F's) im not gonna be able to to anything at all. i hate skool.

                        ps. 4;skool

You normally wait until your hopper is completly empty before putting another pod in?

Nope and what does that have to do with anything? I can still fill it with paint in my hopper. I guess people who own halos can get that extra edge egg owners already have by carrying three 10rnd tubes in our pockets.
