i have a flatline 45/3k and i can shoot a hopper and 2-3 pods and still have air by the end of the game with my mag... that's 400 to 500 shots with air remaining.

Yeah I know that we all can get like a hopper and 4-5 pods with no problem, but try playing back standup and carrying 12 pods and see if you can unload all 12 pods with out a worry in your mind of when am I going to run out of air.

        10 pods x 140 balls= 1400.

Add on a hopper- say 200.

You want 1600 out of an 88/4500.

        1320 < 1600
I didnt know anyone still used that method of determining shots considering its not very accurate. Yes in therory that should be you shot count, but any high end gun will get more shots then the 15 per ci thing. Mags don't have shocker like efficency, but they don't have well tuned cocker efficency. For most people effiecency isn't a big deal, but places that don't have all day air or playing outlaw it is a big deal.

I get all day air, so I don't have to worry about the number of fills I need. The biggest problem for me is that my mag won't operate if the tank has less then about 800 psi left in it. Almost a third of the tanks air does nothing.

Well, you have to see the gun's short comings. There are few guns these days that can shoot 12 pods and have gas left.

            Price of admission.

And what type of game are you using 12 pods for?

Well my timmy did it with no problem, my teammates angel gets like 10 no problem, and my other teammates Viking does it no problem and even ask for "more pods plz". I play tourney speedball and in practice I will go threw around 5 pods but would like to go threw more, and in a tourney I will go threw 10 when I played back. But got now I play mid/front with the emag, but am moving to back again and don't think my emag can handle it.

That's how it's been for me every time I used my E-Mag... except today. It was shooting normal velocity (~280) until the guage on my tank read about 200 or 300. I was really freakin' surprised.

You're talking about the Hyper-efficient guns out there.

Nobody cared about efficiency before recently. Will YOUR Emag shoot 10 pods on your tank? Probably not. Other Emags? Sure. I probably could get close- maybe 9.

My suggestion- do your job with less paint or get a bigger tank.

hmm if anyone read my post i had a full hopper (200) plus the rest of my half case ( 8-100 round pods or about 6-140 round pods) blus 1500 psi left out of a 4k fill on my 88ci

so im getting about a hopper and 8-10 pods

What if he's playing 7 man or 10 man? Then 4 or even 5 pods a game isnt gonna cut it. Needs a bigger tank

Turn your input pressure to 600-650 psi, and you won't have a single problem.

                                Or just get another gun.
