So are you guys going to bring a few of these to the IAO to let people test fire and drool over. I would love to get it in my hands and see what it feels like. But of course you would have to keep the security tight... Dont want those Smart Part chicks to seduce you and steal it

Hi Mr. Kaye, I know you posted this some time ago, but being as new to the world of Mag's I am only just learning about this new trigger now..

I will answer your questions as honestly as I can and can only help that my quiet voice mixed with the others will help you in what ever choices you make.

Mr. Kaye, I am sure you have seen that as much as you did throw some water on the fire it turned out to be Greek Fire? :)

So if we make this and there is a huge waiting list are you going to be upset?

Mr. Kaye, a waiting list is not a problem to most. I would say this, for those who have been running mags, who are still running mags and those of us still coming to the ranks, with all the amount of time that has gone by and all the new TECHNO products that have come out and they/we havent jumped ship then I am sure waiting a little while longer (be it 2 months or 2 years) we all know you will produce the BEST product you absolutely can. And when your done, we will be there to get it..

Are you going to tell me "If you don't get it out now, no one is going to buy it"?

As I said above, we (well, at least most every one else, I have just been a WANABE Mag owner until just last week (for over 9 years mind you!!)) will still be here in 2 months or 2 years.. AGD produces a product that is second to none. We all salute you for it and will for ever be loyal to it..

If the first batch has issues, are you going to ask me what's taking so long?

To be honest, no, we will all know that you will want only the best for the rest of us, and we know that we will get it.. I am sure there will be some who will want/demand to see the product now now now

How many of you are willing to overpay to get it right away and then we charge you to upgrade it with fixes later?

To be honest, I would be willing to overpay to get it right away and pay again to get it fixed, but here is the thing Mr. Kaye, as much as I want to I can not. I am not rich like some out there. I am a father of 1 who stuggles day to day with home and life, with my wife, daughter and our house. Given the chance and if I had the money, I would buy in. I have done so in the past for certian things (computer games) and would continue to do so, but I am not the best to be a "Beta Tester" because I could not provide you with the feed back you would need (the amount of playing to find all those bugs).. I could provide you with a honest opinion from a ex tourny player (some 7 years ago) and a current rec player.

Will you compare it to your 'fill in the blank' electro and tell us your battery powered gizmo is still better?

Would I? No, I left the world of paintball for a few years before the electro, I came back to them and have been very surprised by them but the more I hear about a mech being able to start to catch a Electro the happier I get.. Not because I can complete but because I believe it can be shown that the technology in some respects has gone to far.. Do I like to see our sport where it is now? Yes and no, I think it is really cool to watch a team like Ironmen or Naughty Dogs or who ever, I think they are exciting games. Is that there I want to be? Who knows, I am starting a new team (to take the roll of coach) and who knows where it will take me, but I will always have a yearing for the good old mech markers.. Its what I grew up with :)

When cheater boards are made legal the same way all the other cheats in paintball have evolved, will you dump this?

No, flat out no. A cheater board is for those with out honor.. To win or not to win it is how you play the game and if I can do it with honor I can walk out with my head held high and my wallet empty most days but that is ok LOL..

Well considering I was already looking at buying a RTP, this basically closes the deal. Now my only question is the lawyers said it was a matter of like 5 weeks before he "could" sell it but how far away is actual production? Basically I want to know if it worth it for me to buy my Custom RTP with the ULT installed or just go with the basic on/off assembly for use with the "hair-trigger". Anyhow awesome vid and product overall.

just get the ULT... if you can get it with the gun its only like 20 bucks extra to get it and have it installed... Also i am pretty sure you can use the ULT with the trigger it just wont make a diffrence.... Also i hear the trigger wont be for sale untill like November, December so just get the ULT

normal retro valves have to be drilled out, if u want to put a ULT into it

i believe cali was reffering to the hair?? and yes should work with rt vavle fine ult kills reactivity and max rof the hair doesnt work with ult

Correct- the hAir should work perfectly fine with any RT type valve..
It will also work with a classic, but since we have still not tested it on one, I cant gaurentee it will work WELL (ie- it will probably outrun the valve too easily).

We have tested it with the ULT, and they do not like each other very much. Again, it will work, but not WELL.

what happens if it has a ult on the valve? Does it just kill the reavtivity? or does it slow down the trigger? or what? just wondering....

im assuming the loss of reactivity doesnt reset the pneumatics that will be inside the trigger frame (correct me if im wrong on that) at the same rate as the normal on/off would, which would kill the ROF.
