I have most everything submitted to the lawyers, and according to them, we should be legally clear to sell in 2-3, possibly 5 weeks.

Tom is out on another dino hunt (must be good digin time of year!), and we have been in very minial contact, so they (AGD) dont really know too much more than you (or I) do..

Our next step is drafing up a contract for AGD to license and sell this and make it so that everyone comes out happy, espically Nicad .

I know you said it would be legal in like 2-5 weeks but then you said you had to work out a contract with AGD and blah blah blah.... When do you think this will go up on the market? weeks, months...
