I am planing on making my own pnuematic trigger, only thing is that its gonna be a lot of work and hard work. But I will have 1 to use until nicads comes out which will undoubtedly be better.

Who cares. Just the fact that this is totally mechanical beats the eblade in my opinion.

One edge over E-frames may be the lack of switch bounce, allowing lighter actuation although pull distance limitations will probably exist since we can't have it firing again due to the kick in the marker when fired, you know tourney promoters are going to be gunning for this, looking for excuses to ban it in tourneys like the hard time they give Automag RTs and that single extra shot Emags had with the HES issue even though other more guilty markers got away with stuff.

Heck I am totally down withthis mod .You can't really compare it to the E-balde for three simple reasons.

                  1) You don't need a power source at all.

2)You wont have to mess with any progrming issues

3)You can play in the rain.<<
All in all I give the E-blade alot of props.
give me an inch..and ill take a yard...paintball is not a hobbie it's a way of life

Yeah I didnt expect a firsthand opinion unless nicad wants to throw in some comments. However I was also thinking, assuming this is pneumatic, what are the plans for tapping into the airsource? Would this new frame have to come with a custom vertical adapter or something along those lines?

well yall, sorry for the no-update end of last week. The gears are turning, and we should know a much clearer future for this thing soon. I had thought it would be last week and thats why I said it would be then, I slightly jumped the gun on that.
It will be a little longer before anything can be said for sure yet.. sorry.

Tom is back out of town again for two weeks.. we are in contact, but hes also busy with other things for these two weeks.

                      out!

Couldn't a hollow screw for the ASA allow an airline up and through it into the grip? If you weren't using a drop forward that'd be a pain but for drops, having a screw that can allow an airline through the center of it might work, then just split off the same source the normal airline uses.

if ya'll watch the vid again i think you'll not find any 'external' hose feeding the grip frame. It looks like his vert reg is a nickel palmers. Nicad also said this is probably gonna be a bolt on accessory. Having said that though I can't think of how he is getting air to the pneumatic switch (if that's what it is)
