I wasn't saying that it is over priced, I'm just trying to get a figure on how much the whole blessed thing is going to cost.

I'm figurein a grand give or tak after barrel, marker, tank, hook up hardware, hopper, etc.

But, no that is not a bad cost when you figure what this thing is capable of.

Man, finally finished reading all 17 pages of this beast of a thread. Didn't wanna re ask questions that had already been answered you know.

All I have to say is WOW! I don't think I've ever been so excited for a new mod since the lvl 10. Honestly, I'm glad that you guys are taking your time at securing the proper patent and working out any bugs. Plus it also gives me time to save up for it. I think it's safe to say that I'm one of those people that would really like to have a version put into a vert frame and wouldn't hesitate at throwing $300+ at a vert frame with this mod in it. Once again, keep up the awsome work DW and good luck.

The fact that AGD has developed the Xvalve and Lvl10 are a superb engineering achievement. The reality of a mechanical device that bounces off of a partially fed paintball is a HUGE leap forward in marker technology! Not to mention the ability for the valve to cycle faster than I can pull the trigger. I hope everyone could be as enthusiastic about that as me. This DeadlyWind trigger frame mod seems to me to be the missing link to the mechanical evolution of the Automag. The sample video speaks entirely for the total package and displays the awesome engineering capabilities of the Xvalve, Lvl10 and the DeadlyWind trigger frame mod. This frame will allow the performance of the AGD products to really shine by allowing users to utilize the ultra fast recharge time of the Xvalve while being able to take comfort in knowing their Lvl10 won't chop paintballs. I have used a lot of guns in my time with paintball and this collection of engineering marvels is the sickest gat I have ever seen! Hands down this is THE gun. I used electros to do what Colin has figured out how to do sans battery and board! That is extraordinary. If I was able to purchase this frame I WOULD sell my spyder, cocker and Angel to make the leap forward to this technology. AGD has always had as soft spot for me. The third gun I ever bought was a SS body mag and you couldn't get that gun to stop working. It was a regular ah47 (you could fall down in sand, bury the marker in it, come up firing and still bunker the rest of their team). AGD products are superior because of the superior engineering and I think that the DeadlyWind hAir trigger is the final piece to the mechanical Automag puzzle.

i too am very excited about this, but, i am hoping either someone near me will have one (most likely not tho ) or that some1 will be kind enough to trade it or just like sell it to me for a day so i can try it out. as amazing as it looks, i will refuse to sell my 1500 dollar piece of equipment for this until i get a chance to try it out. and if that happens, and it works like im hoping too, looks like im gonna have a fun ride with rt ule, all milled, and a MAX anno

Like everyone else I am hugely excited about this, and willing to fork over $300 for one of these bad boys, but it must be as rock solid and easy to maintain as my Mag currently is. It just won't do to have this be something that is too finicky (ala timing on a cocker) or delicate. So I'd definitely rather wait a while for this to be perfect when finally released. I hate it when a company releases a half-baked product...

                          That said HURRY UP!!!

I am deffinitely looking forward to hearing more about this mod. What nicad was saying about the ULT dropping the pull weight to 0.9 oz but having detrimental effects on the rate of fire causes me to pose a question since I just recently had AGD upgrade me to the ULE, X valve, and ULT. It seems to me that I could answer my own question since he said that in the video he has the trigger set to about 3 or 4 oz pull weight. My question is that if you can adjust the pull weight with the regular on/off, shouldn't you be able to arrange/stack (whatever the term is) the magnets with the ULT to get a higher pull weight, therefore improving the rate of fire so that it was the same as without the ULT?

The ULT has detrimental effects just like it would on the Emag (your not supose to run the ULT on an Emag). The ULT has lower overall operational force.. which means less return force after the marker is fired. For a regular trigger this is good, but when you are relying on that return force to help cycle/reset some mechanism, it's actually bad- slows everything down too much and hurts your ROF- no matter how many magnets/springs you try to add to the trigger.

There may be an optimised on/off pin configuration size that would work the absolute best, but so far the stock (Xvalve/RT) on/off works very well as is.

                              out!

Hey, thanks for the info. I appreciate it. If there is an optimized valve designed in coordination with this project of yours I will have to pick that up too. I'll just have to get by for now.
