I believe the people at Tombstone Paintball, CA used to promote this gun. The poster child used to work the registration. I dunno...granted, I never used one of these, they just remind me of a power drill...LOL!

Wow! 200lbs of pressure behind the bolt?!?! YIKES!!! I guess a level 10 wouldn't help out eh? Hehe!

lol, but ive also had 2 mags, 2 cockers, an old schoo shocker, a spyder, a no-name single tube blow forward electro, some pistol, a blade, a talon, a stingray, a tippman, and probably forgetting some

watever, i give up, mayhems ARE nice to have, and i would definately take one over another classic mag, but watever

edit- i had my finger sliced by one of the cockers preety bad, i think its more the sharp bolt than the pressure

I have two mayhems.. Sniper1rfa and I have done some pretty extensive work on them in the past.

Paintball Talk is the main forum for Automags.org. Here is where we talk about the sport of paintball in general and make announcements relating to the forum and website.

the second page on that thread has some of my lvl3 work for the mayhem as well..

The mayhem is a fun little gun to tinker with.. cheap and lots of bulk to toy with in the nose and back. could be made to be ulta lightweight if one wanted to mill the poop out of it.
I would not use one for my prmary tho. personal preference.

        out!

No, that would be a Nova. I think one of the guys that worked at Airstar left and formed whoever makes the Mayhem shortly before Airstar went under. Nova = good, Mayhem = bad

A guy had one at my local field about a year ago...he bought it broken so I can't comment, but would literally chop every other shot. It was pretty funny though, the gun was so messed up you could touch the trigger and it would keep shooting long after you let off Thankfully he was just screwing around on the field, and never used it in a game.

my friend teag has one, and it rips, its really accurate, he has an all american barrel on it. its made by the same people who make the osiris cocker. if i were you i would just buy an x mag or an emag though. or just save your money and buy a ule rt mag with the hair trigger when it comes out. better yet you should get a karta or dallarta body.

yea dude, he was asking about the mayhem, not what gun to buy heh.

Ive always thought it looked pretty cool. A guy in Nova Scotia sells them for fairly cheap (I bought my mag from him 300CDN!!! [normally like 420 CDN] ) here ya go: http://www.emulsionpaintball.com/pgi.htm

to order, goto the main page www.emulsionpaintball.com and goto contact us. The site isnt all up but some is. Really good prices, and Max's a great guy to talk with, mag owner himself lol. Only downside is, when the season is over (winter months) he's a little tough to get in touch with.

I'd hate to see what a Mayhem would do to my finger...

I've stuck it in the breach of my level 7 mag
And the only gun that hurt worse was an Assault 80, which looks like it would use a similar design.

I bought one for speedball, and they have a TON of potential.

I am looking at getting a custom blade trigger and a Morlock board for mine, along with a Palmer Fatty Stab.

No, they are NOT noisy ... sheesh. I have had to tear mine down ONCE ... to re-seat an O-ring. The tear down after a break crap is just that ... CRAP.

The run on 100 PSI, have only three moving parts (including the trigger).

People laugh until I send them to the dead box, then they "get the joke" ... it's on them!

                              Cheaper?

LOL ... I got mine (Mayhem) for less than $150 new in the box.

If you got a Bushy for less than that, I salute you!!

And send me a link to where you got it!!
