Paint is expensive. It's about the same price as when I started playing about 6 years ago. Wholesale on some of the cheap stuff (like recsport) is about $13/case for some people. Then they turn around and sell it for $50. Yeah, that's expensive. And I can't honestly believe that there's a $20 difference per box in manufacturing prices between the cheap stuff and the good stuff.
Paint is too expensive for what it is. I'm not debating that it's cheaper than it was 10 years ago, but come on.... they've had 10 years to make paint cheap to players. Not to mention, there's SO MUCH of it being sold these days... there's no reason other than them wanting to buttrape players for extra bucks.
