Yeah I made sure he knew the consequences (sp) of losing my marker, and I made sure he knew what was up.

Well I hope it did not get stolen and it was just misplaced but yeah I know he did not take it becasue he is younger than me and I see him a few times a week, and he knows I could kick his arse good.

No matter what he is going to pay in full for it.

I told him that if he left it on a talbe that someone had to always be watching the table. He knows I am super anal about this kind of stuff becasue I am goo dat getting stuff stolen.

He lost it, he needs to replace it. It is pretty simple.

Don't make a physical threats. That's just stupid. It's called "assault", and could get you in serious trouble.

Insist that he or his parents replace your missing equipment. Get your own parents involved if you have to. Small claims court is a possibility, too.

                  this is what i did

Here is a story of what happened to me in high school. I once left my door opened after school. I was standing less then ten feet away when this guy steals my cd case from my truck. Knowing he did this I followed him home. Talked to his parents about the situation and kindly asked the cds be returned, and if I could fight thier son. The dad and I talked for twenty minutes about the two requests. He gave me my cds and ten minutees wth his son. It took me two to put him on his back and break his nose.

(referring to the post about CD's)

Pete, I think you should just hit him up for the cost of the marker. Or make him buy you a new one. What kinda trix was it?

Make him get you a new one. If he refuses, and so do his parents, report him to the police. Nothing like an officer knocking on the door to make a kid fess up, or pay you back the money for the gun.

Exactly. It's taking responsibility. If I borrowed your car (or truck ) and crashed it, would you simply pay for it and be mad at me? No, you would make me pay for it THEN beat me to within an inch of my life and THEN be mad at me. Whether intentional or accidental, HE was responsible for it and HE needs to replace it.

Or if I accidently ran over your freak kit, would you just pay for it and be mad at me?
