True not as bad as you, but he did say he saw more cheating there than the last tournament he went to, which I would take to mean the refs were worse than most tournaments. Now I can't account for the other refs, but I know I did a good job, and didn't have one complaint the whole day about wiping or anything. I don't think Ive seen a CFOA game where someone didn't cheat, from either the players or spectator standpoint. And trust me, I can spot a cheat, I know some of the best in the game at it, and have been taught well (no I don't cheat if my team has a problem with it, or unless I know the other team has). I could easily have taken it as an insult, but I really don't care.

Anyways, phil, go eat some candy, feel better, get over it, and get this thing on the ground and running.

well it appears me and barberjohn may have to organize this event ourselves If this is the case (which would make me sad cause phils event would be better than mine) we need to know who is in I will wail another 2 weeks at the most before making an official thread

lol, well, this sucks . hopefully we will atleast have a day in which people can come and meet. it may not have all the bells and whistles, but we should be entitled to one SCAO day a year, shouldnt we? maybe phil will come through for us and get something going, being sneaky like the ninja .

well i know we planned on attending and helping sponsor some prizes if phil held it again this year. I had spoke to him earlier in the year about that. Im hoping he still does it. I had a blast as well as my wife...minus her broke nose...lol.

Well I havent Discussed this with Barberjohn yet, but Im takin matters into my own hands. I will be callin up reactive paintball for a sponsor, and If anyone else wants to help with the giveaways/prizes (pretty much anything will be appreciated). Please leave any suggestions.
I was actually thinking a top gun tourney and then just playing around and having fun, also maybe a cookout of some kind with like burgers and hotdogs. Im gonna wait before making anything definate, because I need to talk to barberjohn, and would really like cphillip to acknowledge that he is absolutley not doin this. PLEASE CPHILLIP

I would not go so far as to offend Phil by saying things like that.

However I do feel like its time that he came out and said something to let us know for sure one way or the other. Now it could be said that he has already spoken his mind in that "other" thread. But that is open to much speculation.

Here we have a group of people looking forward to an event that really is Phils thing , or was at least. We are all trying to get plans made and things arranged to make it happen again. In spite of whether Phil wishes to organize or not. But at the same time no one wants to step on Phils toes by doing so.

Now it is Sept. This event was originally planned to be anytime between Sept-Nov. I know that if I want the time off for this event I need to know something NOW. Not only for time off , but also for budgeting.

So Phil , enough is enough. I know that you are at least lurking around this. Its time to step up and let us know something definate. All it takes is a few moments for you to say yes or no on your involvement. Please don't punish the rest of us because of some petty misconception. I don't think a single person here holds you responsible for what was said or done at the other event. There is no way they can.

THIS is another story though. You were the man responsible for making this happen. The intrest is there. People want to come , people want to know what is going on , and you refuse to get it done or come out and say for sure that you wash your hands of THIS event.

Hold up organizing AOSC for just a few more weeks. If Phill doesn't organize the event, which myself and a few others that know him well are trying to do. Another person who has a lot of experiance organizing events is talking about doing it. Not to take anything from you, but if this person does it, it might be as large as the previous AOSC days,

Well I for one am looking really forward to this. It will be my first "get away" paintball event of the coming winter season. Not only do I enjoy playing at places I have never been , but I am equally looking forward to putting faces with many of the names I see online here. Forgeing some new friendships , and gaining some new stories to tell. Good and Bad.

Yo, barberjohn and Gideon, if you do start planning, let me know, I'll help all I can. I am in Clemson, and have practically no class load right now, so I should have plenty of free time. Maybe be able to get the Clemson paintball team to ref again, who knows.

^ wow thanks, I had planned to ref instead of playing, but if yall really want to do it I guess ill Sacrifice. Naw Ill help ref, so everyone can have a chance to play. But There will be an event, I me and BarberJohn do this, the event will be the 3rd or 4th week in october!
