some more idea
lets get a lsit of people willing to do it then have an open vote for tose peoplek as well as any otehr nominations.
if were not gonna do prizes maybe we should limit the categories(last i checked there was liek 5)
to 3 or so such as anno,budget,and ebst in show(ie gotm)
and also maybe ONCE a year maybe now for 04 have a vote on teh best gun then that peson gets seomthing mroe than pride.... ....liek a..... sticker
alot of the problem is judges that dont know what theyr doing and late responsoe times too
there should be maybe 5 judged max

i'm seeing no organization, and the chosen winners shouldn't be chosen
i don't think we should allow any text posts - however, the only way i see to enforce this is to get a mod to intervene.
i also think if we don't have the winners posted up from the previous month, then we shouldn't start the next month until we see the winners.The very existence of flamethrowers proves that sometime, somewhere, someone said to themselves. 'You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.
