ok thats for TSA my bag is with it will NOT be a carry on so i dont have to worry about that we've called the airlines ahead of time we dont have to dissassemble anything

TSA is responsible for all bagagge, checked and carry on, and they have been performing checks of them lately. The airline dos not have the authority to tell you you can do anything in violation of TSA regulations, it is the TSA that inspects and confirms compliance of baggage to regs.

The North east parking area is where they have the beams set up for paint ball... the butler historical society does not allow the paint ball to be in most of the other areas...The do book out the fairgrounds for quite a few other events throughout the year and clean up from the paint ball is not the easiest I would imagine.
the venders and so on set up in the main fair ways area (to the west of the cow/poultry area). One nice thing about them setting up on the east parking lot is that the bathrooms and the camp it close.. also the bathrooms that actually have the showers in them is close. but don't count on hot water...
