What if AGD shut down tomorrow

Folks.. I would hate to jump on the bandwagon and say its going to happen... in fact I think AGD is cutting enough costs in there current business model to survive, but lets just understand that I do not have enough knowledge on where AGD stands now to know this.

I almost look at it as not being entirely negative - I think we could save AO, and I think we could continue with mags for sometime. It would bring us closer, perhaps like the Tribal groups. I would pray that someone would be able to supply o-rings, and valves, but what else does AGD hold close. We now have a good number of people on these boards capable of producing rails, frames, bodies seperate from AGD if they had to, the valve is really all thats missing.

We could survive, a little tighter of a group than we are today, a little less than what we are now. Understand, having AGD is a good thing - not having it would hurt. But we... the mag shooters, would still be here.

Just... well putting this out for discussion, for comments. What would AO be without AGD?

wouldn't surprise me if one day semi soon it does happen...but it would still be a sad day.

Now what would surprise me is if Tom started another pb manufacturing company and took over the paintball sceen with the next "timmy/DM" type marker.

I want to continue with AGD, but if they where gone I don't know where I'd go. I guess I'd shoot the mags untill they were broke and couldn't be fixed. I don't see them ever breaking, but they sometimes need a part. I do however see the end of AGD if the lack of product line continues. Real good question. I just don't know. AO would be gone not right away, but gone just the same.

Unfortunately at the rate they are going right now, that day doesnt seem too far off. I think i would just move on to a different gun but the group would never be the same.

No. But most of us are only thinking of the paintball side of AGD. AGD's contracts going be going either good or bad, and we dont know which one.

Just how are thoughs military contracts going? Does anyone know?

I know the sydarm is still used for military training. My friend is in the air force and they use them all the time. But private contracts do nothing for the public people that want to buy. So if the military can buy AGD but we cant, whats the point then.
