Well if there was an industry that's ripe for a big company to create a monopoly, it would be paintball. This is because paintball is still under the federal government's radar screen when it comes to anti-trust laws and the enforcement of it. I doubt that the DOJ, the FTC and other federal regulatory bodies are aware of the shenanigans that goes on in this industry. If they did, half of the legal battles and acquisitions going on wouldn't happen.
