The only thing about brass barrels is while they can have the smoothest finish, they dont hold up as well as other materials so youll find yourself having to polish it from time to time if you want to keep it that way. Anyone else find it funny how just a couple of years ago those 'in the know' were harping about paint to barrel match, now its 'to hell with paint to barrel match, use a pvc pipe if you want' if things progress in that direction we should all be using something like a talon in the near future.

Paint to barrel match matters - it has been proven.

However, given all the other variables involved, and the fact that ones hands are not bench mounted vices and you find, any hypothetical advantage (it does exist), is minimal in reality.

Shoots it farther, huh? I wish I had to power to defy physics, too.

Buy a 3A kit? Are you joking?

Furthermore, 3A is no longer on ebay, and they are no longer selling stuff on their site. Hopefully they've decided that they're done stealing money with shoddy products, and are leaving the paintball scene for good.

I thought brass was better for barrels because of the tolerances where lower??? Even so brass is heavy and the finish is sorta odd looking on most markers.
