$70 for Zap Cryptic at BApaintball

OMFG Is BApaintball on crack? they care charging 70 dollars for a case of cryptic....the very same paint that you can pick up at iisports for $35 a case.

Who has played BApaintball? Is it honestly worth the 22 dollars field fee, 15 dollars air and 70 dollars a case for paint.

I make this post because of the up coming rain storm and not wanting to get soaking wet playing this weekend.

Didn't we have this discussion 2 weeks ago?

Yes, BAP is more expensive however (IMHO) the playing is worth it.

I'll be there this Saturday 23rd.

        Reread the thread on this:

theres a couple local fields around here that is field paint only @ 60 and its 7 bucks an hour to play, plus air fills are extra.......i've never even heard of paying by the hour.

You could rack up a mighty bill there.

I think I am more up in arms because II sports is selling the same paint for 35 a case.

I like tag's pricing, talked to rolan today and it sounds like prices are going to stay the same, and the hours of play are going to go even longer.

Midway, WAP, SCP, and KAPP for me. BS 80 bucks a case BS is bad for the sport. People will get turned away by prices.

                OK guys - it's indoor!

Have you ever seen a pricing model for indoor paintball? Trust me, I'll be surprised if BAP can make it because of the overheads.

Indeed. It's supposed to rain this weekend? I was thinking of playing Bear Creek with some newblars...
God....I guess I was probably returning videotapes.
