I was there watching that game and rocky was out. There were some missed parts between rocky by the refs and then going to the team area. You could hear rocky screaming from the other side of the field where I was sitting. That video makes rocky look real bad...

No, the refs refused to settle the matter the right way. The Dogz's coach was saying they should replay and the refs were refusing. They were also changing their stories. I really do believe Rocky. They saw the paint on him and checked it on the field. They called it as a rub and he was allowed to keep playing. Then after the game was over they started to say it wasn't a rub and that he was playing on after a hit. If this was the case they wouldn't have let him keep playing on the field. It's very obvious that the refs in that vid were being sheisters and you can tell by the looks on their faces that they were in fact switching their stories around.
Even if Rocky was hit (I still believe he wasn't), the refs and administrators did not handle the situation correctly. They should have settled it in a civil fashion with a rematch game. I do think Rocky's initial and continuing outburst screwed it up for the Dogz tho. His coach and his request was valid though, a rematch was in order. The player on the other team there was full of bs too lol. He was all supporting the ref's 2nd call initially, then when the idea of a rematch was brought up he started to say no no no and kind of backed off. He knew exactly what happened was bs.

Also, look at psp event 4, lots of players are being dicked over, the nemacolin venue fell through, and many players already have tickets etc to pittsburgh. IAO was nice enough to honor these players and eat the cost of nppl cards so that they may play iao instead, and get nppl points.

How is NPPL better?! 7 guys on one team run to thier first bunker and stay there and shoot 1500 rounds a game. The 7 guys on the other team, do the same thing. REEEEEEEEEEAL exciting!
