Yep - because when a tragedy occur, should it involve lens failure the holy grail of company protection is consumer failure to properly maintain according to instructions. Ironically those who benefit most from insane levels of shooting, at least until recently, had put warnings on there boxes not to use from closer than XX feet away - I'm surprised at the amount of paint companies going away from that.

Last I checked Vents didn't make your Reloader 2. And if you are criticizing manike then you need to GTFO.

Nope, criticizing the Empire Reloader II and NPS customer service. I have never spoken to Manike and I am sure he had nothing to do with my problem.

NPS owns the Vents line. Nothing against the goggles, just don't like the look.

I am not alone in my dislike of the Reloader II, by the way...

You are right, you know. We pumpers really aren't qualified to buy gear that was made after 1995. It is all so confusing, what with all the batteries and switches and stuff.

Your spamming of your problem with the Reloader II in every thread you can, has been noted. Apparently there has been a problem with some of the plastics in the reloader II being cold shots. Currently Empire Customer service is working to rectify this. You should be able to contact them shortly for a solution.

It is advisable to keep proof of purchase and to buy from reputable vendors.
Anytime you try to complain about a product and it is a long time out of warranty is never going to be easy, especialy if you don't have a shop to go and see. Supporting your local Pro Shop instead of buying online is always a good choice!

Any pictures of the available colors aside from those "spy" photos from earlier . I'll arrange to send someone at World Cup fundage to pick me up some - oh, pricing? Yeh, I know, you design, but play marketing for the day
