so what's so great about mech spool valves anyways? All I know about spools is that they have the potential to be stupid fast cause they only have one moving part.

Doesn't really matter. Noone can shoot at its old cap anyway. But of course the hype will sucker so many people. "I'm getting a dm6 so i can dry fire at 40 cps!!!"

No honestly I really can cycle dm4 at 32 bps without a ramping or full auto board. I was able to out run my halo b with rip drive. It also appears that I invented the internet, discovered America, and created Jello. I am proudest of the Jello.

Why do people say "hype hyper hype machine look at the hype stupid people with hype" whenever a new gun comes out? Does it really matter if it can shoot 50bps, weighs less, looks different, makes popcorn, and shoots around corners or not. What if people want a new gun, a better look, various minor upgrades, or just want something to show off? Does it really matter? The people ignorant enough to beleive the stupid hype are either too young or too poor to afford the high end or pl guns. Do not simply knock a person for a buying a new gun because YOU think they are buying it because of hype. I just dont get thrashing new products over a stupid general consensus that people become hypemongers. Be happy new stuff is coming out so you can get your items for cheaper.

Yes, I understand. If I was really into paintball like I used to be and had the money ready to drop on a marker, I honestly probably would get a DM6 once the price drops a few hundred after its release. It just looks too cool to pass up :)

Lets see - the old solenoid in the DM series was only good into the mid-20s. With ramping and the right equipment it is possible to feed and cycle above 30.

Some of the local fields that allow uncapped ramping. I have been at some tournaments that have allowed it. I don't think theres an advantage to using it, but people will use it.

I like the looks of the DM6 better than the Proto Matrix 6, but I really like that they come in woodsball friendly colors. I like the olive drabs and blacks as well as the dusted finishes.

As for the other gear, it looks pretty much like every other year.. to me.

lmao, your field owner is an idiot and you are a bigger idiot if you play there without complaining. In fact, what field and tournament was it? I just do not see that happening especially at the tournament.
