That goes in my quote bin. You know when people talk about how impressive it is that people have faith in God (you know it being something that cannot be proved and all?). You would make an excellent parable.

      Yes, ingenious! Oh, wait....
The A-5's BPS is limited to that of the cyclone feed, which isn't too impressive; it won't chop, but it won't feed as fast as a halo, warp, or q-loader either.
The internals will shoot faster eh, meaning they can be shot faster than a mag's (as in propelled down range or shot as in broken) or they are capable of cycling faster? Please use accurate vocabulary.

the A5's cyclone will do 20-21bps with the cylcone. the internals will go into the 30 CPS range. not that anyone has gotten it.

tippy's internals will go into the low 30's CPS wise...

It might cycle as fast or faster but what comes out the barrel, paintballs or spray & what about shoot-down?
Heck, hold down the sear on a Spyder or any blow-back & it will cycle plenty fast too.

I can see an A5 with a cyclone feed that has been moded feeding reliably at high rates of fire & I can see a mag w/lvl 10 doing the same but anything else is just going to be a paint blender.

Seeing you are on a budget this is maybe no option, but have you considered getting a scuba tank with a fill station? I use HPA, but i cannot fill it at the field i play at, so i got a scuba tank and fill station. Sure it costs, but you won't be seeing me running out of air during a game.

But if you really want a tippy i would suggest a A5. Simply because it has the cyclone, so no need for an agitated hopper, and it is easier to strip down for maintenance. Don't bother with responce triggers, those are crap. Save up some money and get a e-grip and double trigger.
A stock A5 can do 17bps max, but equiped with a was boarded e-grip and QEV on your cyclone it can do 20bps+. But i don't recomend doing that if you don't want to change out cyclone ratchet's every 2 cases of paint.

And there is the slight fact that upgrading a A5 to shoot faster than 17bps would cost you the same as getting a 2nd hand high-end marker.

In my opinion, you should keep your mag, equip it with a anti-siphon tube and an expansion chamber and fix the inconsistency. It would be alot cheaper than selling it off and getting a tippy.
