Give the guy a break... if you do a search for X-mag you will get some ungodly amount of posts, and he will spend days trying to get the answer one of you tools could have given him in a few simple sentences in this thread.

if I recall correctly, SP stoped it. but my question is why don't they (AGD) reinvent them and rereliece them in accordence with the copyrights? everyone else seems to find a way around SP and continuing to produce new stuff.

No. According to AGDE they could meet and exceed any AGD orders. The problem was in the ordering, not the making.

Tom said on these boards he was contacted, it was not a cease and desist order and was a "friendly" conversation. That being said there was a long list of reasons of the discontinuation of the X-mag and that he was not willing put the cost of R&D into a new e-marker given the current legal, political, hype driven state of the volatile paintball markert.
