If they aren't making the X-Mag and there are legal issues...why are they still making the X-Valve and still selling the X-Mag on their website?

X valve has nothing to do with electronics. Not sure if you meant to say "why are they still selling E-mags" but they had produced plenty of parts, and still need to clean out what they have left. Heck, AKA is still selling vikings, and their lawsuit ended over a year ago.

Smart Parts patent, as it stands now, only applies to X when used in conjunction with electronics, but they are currently trying to get it expanded to include non-electro applications. Our X-valves are safe...
